WordFirst Productions is a non profit media consultation and production company that produces broadcast and webcasting materials for distribution and worldwide marketing. The consulting and production facilities of WordFirst are located in the Seattle/Tacoma, Washington area and include, Media Consultation, Aerial Video Production, Online Digital Editing, Audio Production, Digital Studio Quality Broadcast Production products, Video Email Products services and Web Design, all with a crew of well trained technicians. Northco Development Inc. / WordFirst provides "bids" in the form of suggested donation estimates for projects to be completed by the CDC for each client's approval *prior to beginning* any production project. The suggested donation amount is only presented as a *suggested donation* for the finished product to be delivered to client. Many satisfied clients donate more than the suggested donation amount to express their gratitude for the services rendered by the WordFirst staff. Delivery of half of the suggested estimated donation amount is required prior to beginning the consultation / production work by the WordFirst personnel. *Our Productions Studio Provide For Full Crew & Lighting* *OUR PRODUCTIONS PROVIDE FOR A WIN, WIN, SCENARIO... All production work is done through our (CDC) Community Development Corporation, which features balances between specialized training for “At Risk and Inner-City Teens & Young Adults” along with our industry professionals that manage and supervise to completion each project. Our agency provides technical training opportunities, employment and placement for many “At Risk Youth” that would not normally have these opportunities available to them in most instances otherwise, this serve as a contribution to our communities and inner-cities. These highly talented and gifted youth help make our productions more cost efficient and creative, all while helping to employ these young people that are highly enthusiastic about their finished products for our clients. All media consultation services are handled by seasoned WordFirst media management staff members with the upmost professionalism in the forefront of all of their communications and consultations with our clients. At the top of this area of product management and quality control* is the Northco Development Inc. and WordFirst Production Company Founder and President, Dr. Donald Shorter Sr. Northco Development Inc. / WordFirst also works in association with other non profits and utilizes state of the art facilities and equipment from various studios for completion of various types of media projects for our clients. Product and service compensation is given to our firm by our clients in the form of tax deductible suggested donations made to Northco Development Inc. Our staff and sub-contractors are paid by the CDC through these donations made to Northco Development Inc. Donations for the products rendered to the client by the CDC are considered gifts for their completed products and the efforts of the CDC, Northco Development Inc / WordFirst staff. *MEDIA PLACEMENT / CONSULTATION SERVICES* Because of the fact that WordFirst is a recognized Advertising Agency, a 15% discount is given to WordFirst for placing or buying advertising on various media outlets through their consultation services, (similar to how travel agencies are compensated by the airlines for booking flights). This allows the consultation services provided for placing advertising or programming on various media outlets to be compensated by the media, not the client, when advertising is bought through WordFirst. Compensation is provided by the media in the form of agency discounts when placing client's advertising flights on the media outlets in most cases. Through consultation services some non profit firms have requested their staff be trained on how to handle these placement tasks themselves, thus savings can be received by the firms which are trained by WordFirst. These trained non profit firms save in their advertising in the form of discounted advertising normally charged by certain media outlets, a discount of 15%, usually. In many cases WordFirst consultants remain on a retainer as back up consultants to these newly trained non profit firms to assist them for a period of time. *Online Switching and Digital Editing* *THE WORDFIRST PLACEMENT POLICIES* It is the WordFirst policy for all media placed through WordFirst to be handled on a cash in advance basis, payments are made to the media directly in advance of running or appearing and any agency discount / fee is paid directly to WordFirst if applicable, prior to advertising is begun. This means that advertising is only scheduled when cash is paid in advance to the media and the fee is paid to the agency allowed by the media outlet when placing media through WordFirst. No credit accounts are allowed when WordFirst places advertising for its clients. Sorry no exceptions. Clients may use the connsulting services, of WordFirst to place (buy), advertising for their firm if desired, we will assist with acquiring credit with the selected media outlets separately. Clients may simply utilize WordFirst regarding suggested media buys through our consultations of the best strategies, spots / media productions approaches, ad placement, etc. Once the consultation is agreed upon, the client may choose to then place advertising directly with the media and acquire credit agreements directly with the desired media outlet separate and apart from any other services from WordFirst. *Audio Production Voice Over and Sweetening* *WHY DELAY?
